Who we are

What Artisnotes is

Artisnotes is an app for Even Realities G2 glasses. It shows your Workflowy outline on the glasses, lets you change it by voice and with the ring, and lets you ask AI about your notes.

To use it you need, besides a subscription:

  • Even Realities G2 glasses and the Even app on your phone;
  • a Workflowy account;
  • your own Deepgram key (voice) and OpenAI key (AI). You pay those services directly, under their own terms. Their costs are not part of the subscription.

Who sells the subscription

The subscription is sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited everywhere else. Your receipt names which one. You buy from Paddle, on Paddle's pages, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipts, collects the taxes and handles refunds. L'ART DU WEB provides the service.

Price, free trial and renewal

  • The price is $10 a month. Paddle shows it in your local currency, with any tax, before you pay.
  • The first 14 days are free. Paddle asks for a card when the trial starts. If you do not cancel before the 14 days end, Paddle charges the first month on that day.
  • The subscription then renews every month, on the same day, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, with Manage subscription on the phone setup screen or on Paddle's page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing more is charged. See Refunds and cancelling for the free trial and your right of withdrawal.

Your notes and the AI

Your notes stay in your Workflowy account. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy. AI answers are general information. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and they can be wrong.

Changes to the service

Artisnotes depends on Even Realities, Workflowy, Deepgram and OpenAI. If one of them changes or stops a service, a feature of Artisnotes may change or stop. We will tell you of important changes in advance when we can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and tell subscribers before the change applies to them.

Law and disputes

French law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live. If you have a problem, write to us first. As a consumer, you may also ask a consumer mediator for free; the mediator will be named here before subscriptions open.
