Refunds and cancelling

There are three different things: the free trial, cancelling, and your legal right of withdrawal.

1. The free trial

The first 14 days are free. To stop before you pay anything, cancel before the 14 days end. Nothing is charged.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, with Manage subscription on the phone setup screen or on Paddle's page. The subscription stops at the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing more is charged. A month already started is not refunded when you cancel, except as described below.

3. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, online on Paddle's page or by writing to us. You get your money back, less a share for the days you already used the paid service, if you asked for it to start during those 14 days.

Refunds

Paddle, which sells the subscription, makes the refunds, to the card you paid with. To ask for one, use Paddle's page or write to artisnotes@gmail.com.
